Saturday we went to church for an Easter egg hunt and other fun activities. We decorated a few crafts before heading to the playground to find the eggs. Hunter is now a professional at egg hunts while Hannah is still trying to decide why everyone thinks this is so much fun - maybe next year!

Hannah's first egg of the day

Realize that the folded hands come with a very firm "NO!" in response to the second egg of the day.

While Hannah was pouting, Hunter was on a roll!! Surely there is room for just one more egg!

Hannah's rejuvenated interest in egg hunting. She only found 8 eggs, but she and Dad found the golden egg with a special prize. Give the girl a high five!!

Oh no! The egg broke! Luckily, they go back together just as easily but broken hearts don't mend quite so quickly!
The happier side of life - we pretty much covered all the emotions that morning!

Looks like they had a good time. Hannah's attitude toward egg hunting is cute. Annelise was pretty hesitant to do it too. During her two egg hunts she hardly wanted to pick the eggs up. The day after Easter she went all around the house putting the eggs into her basket! I guess she wanted to do it when she wasn't pressured.
I love all of Hannah's emotions that you captured! It must be that red hair.....Kylea is the same way! Kylea can't be "convinced" to do anything.....it has to be HER idea.
What a fun weekend. I love Hannah's efficiency - few eggs, but the most important one! The kids looked adorable on Easter.
Good Job finding the golden egg!
I especially love Hannah's pouty little face - how precious!
